WL Seaton is located in the Northern territory of the Okanagan People.  The Indigenous Welcome Room at WL Seaton provides academic, cultural, social, and emotional support to all indigenous students.

There are three Indigenous Support Workers that are available from 8:00-3:00 in Room #239.  There will always be food, support, and academic help from one of the support workers who come from the following backgrounds; OKIB, Nlaka’pamux, and Acadian Metis.

WL Seaton also offers junior and senior Okanagan Nsyilxcin Language classes that are open to all students.  Indigenous Student Support is offered in addition to the standard services available to all students at WL Seaton and strives to keep Indigenous culture and community as a focus.
