About Mission Hill Elementary

Our school is located in a residential area at the top of Mission Hill in Vernon, BC. It was named Mission Hill because it was located at the top of the hill as people travelled toward Okanagan Mission (now known as Kelowna). Currently, we have approximately 270 students enrolled for 2020-2021. Mission Hill Elementary has a multicultural flair to it and celebrates being part of a community that is full of heart! The staff is committed to making learning fun, engaging and meaningful for all of our students.

Our school has 15 divisions and hosts many programs and services for students, including English Language Learning, Aboriginal support, Strong Start for children 4yrs and under and inclusive education. We are the Mission Hill Lions!
