We are pleased to announce that the Jean Minguy RCMP Youth Academy is now accepting applications for students to attend this program at the Vernon Military Camp in May

We have set the date for the Academy as May 8th-14th. Scheduling has been difficult, and we are hopeful that our dates won’t change to another week in May, but it is a possibility.

I’ve attached the 2022 RCMP Youth Academy application, it’s also on the SD22 website at the link below. And there will be printed copies in the offices of each school by tomorrow.

All applicants must complete the application package in FULL and submit it through his/her Career Coordinator.

Deadline for students to submit applications to their coordinator is no later than January 31, 2022.

Remember, fees should not accompany the application. Those will be collected after the selection process at the parent meeting.

Academy Cadets will be required to follow strict safety and Covid protocols as determined by the RCMP and the Local and Provincial Public Health Officers.
