You are an influential Member of Parliament and have been asked to make recommendations for laws to deal with child labour. You have been getting pressure from factory owners to be lenient so that they can continue to use children in the factories. However, Doctors have also been telling you terrible stories about what has happened to young children working in those factories. In order to make these recommendations, you must do some investigating to fully understand reasons for and against having children work during the Industrial Revolution.
