<h2>Disposal</h2><p>The Board of Education is considering disposing of two properties with a combined size of 6.8 acres in the Bella Vista neighbourhood.</p><p><img src="/images/1a23f761-87ec-4aab-8684-8108213d6af4" alt="Bella Vista property"></p><p>The site is:</p><ul><li>3.4km away from the undeveloped 5.8-acre Heritage Park, which is owned by the Board.</li><li>4.0km away from Okanagan Landing Elementary.</li><li>3.0km away from Ellison Elementary.</li></ul><p>The long-range facilities plan anticipates that nearby schools Ellison Elementary, Okanagan Landing Elementary and Fulton Secondary have sufficient capacity to accommodate projected enrolment for the foreseeable future.</p><h2>Community input</h2><p>The Board would like community input on this proposed sale.
